CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

The Constitutional Court is the "guardian of the constitution". If the legislator passes a law that violates the constitution, or if courts or administrative authorities take actions that violate fundamental and human rights (in the diction of the Federal Constitutional Act: the "rights guaranteed by constitutional law"), the Constitutional Court can be approached by means of an individual application, a party application for a review of standards or an appeal against a finding.

What we do: Proceedings before the Constitutional Court are a fine art! They often concern core issues of state organisation or fundamental questions of a free, secure and self-determined existence. As proceedings before the Constitutional Court are usually conducted without oral hearings as pure "file proceedings", the written pleadings are of particular importance. This is where careful research, factual argumentation, clear and concise language, and a pointed elaboration of the legal problem score points. Score points with us!
