SHMP Schwartz Huber-Medek Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH was founded in 2004 as a law firm specializing in public commercial law.
We specialise in the areas of environmental law, public procurement law, construction and construction contract law as well as gambling and sports betting law. We also specialise in litigation: we are highly successful in representing our clients before the state and federal administrative courts, the Federal Fiscal Court, the Constitutional Court, the Administrative Court and the European Courts, as well as before the civil courts.
