Mining Law in Austria

Austrian mining law is based on the Mineral Resources Act (MineralrohstoffG) of 1999, which applies to the exploration, extraction and processing of non-mining, federally-owned and mined mineral resources.

What we do: We advise and represent you in connection with your mining project and all issues relating to the Mineral Resources Act. Only a few lawyers in Austria are familiar with the Mineral Resources Act - we are!
