Railway Law in Austria

The Railway Act regulates the granting of licences for main and branch lines, the granting of licences for connecting lines and the granting of licences for railway facilities.

What we do: We advise and represent clients in obtaining approvals for new or expanded railway lines and in procedures concerning the closure of existing railway facilities.
