Strukturfragen und ausgewählte Probleme des österreichischen Glücksspielrechts

The field of the Austrian gambling monopoly is not only gaining increasing economic significance year after year; its specific legal structure — with constitutional, administrative, criminal, and civil law dimensions that cut across traditional classifications of legal disciplines — makes Austrian gambling law a highly fruitful subject for academic legal analysis.
