“The attorney advertises through the quality of his service!”

Due to our duty of confidentiality as attorneys, we are of course not allowed to report in detail on the many large and small successes of our work. For this reason, we are only displaying our Christmas emails from the last few years, in which we have informed friends and clients of our law firm with a wink about the “outstanding” cases of the past working year. Follow our cases with a little smile and get a sense of how colorful and interesting our fields of activity are!

2024
And another year comes to an end: 2024 was challenging, instructive, labour-intensive - and equally successful for our clients and us: We awarded (and co-opened) the most beautiful Christmas market in Austria, recognised e-sports as a sport, reversed Brexit to a small extent through our review and advice, awarded the largest aquarium in Central Europe, prevented combination bets from qualifying as games of chance, won all of this year's procurement control proceedings - but avoided even more procurement control proceedings, cleared up a major databreach, issued over 150 legal opinions, launched E Law (e.g. GDPR, MedienG, NIS 2 RL), implemented an IT innovation partnership within a very short space of time, allowed drones to fly, saved advertising media, tendered electricity, diesel, auditing services, e-buses, marketing services, image advertising, museum facilities, sports canteens, city bikes, architectural services ... tendered, solved the most difficult data protection problems, dealt with sustainability services on a long-term basis, advised on counter-transactions, settled disagreements within companies as well as between friendly companies (which is particularly challenging), saved a denominational school (at least once in terms of building law), challenged the tobacco monopoly, won a legally binding licence for state gambling, negotiated difficult regulatory issues, made theatre in the Prater, lectured, published and taught, celebrated 20 years of the law firm ...
