SHMP currently uses several claims that should not remain unexplained:

• „Natural intelligence!“ We are in no way hostile to science. Quite the opposite: our work in construction law, environmental law and public procurement law in particular regularly requires close cooperation with all kinds of technical disciplines, which is characterised by special respect. Due to this professional affinity alone, we do not fail to recognise the importance that artificial intelligence will have in all areas of life. High endWe are one of the best law firms in Austria in our areas of specialisation. Many of our clients come to us because there is no relevant case law or literature for their specific legal problem. In these cases, artificial intelligence is of little use. What is needed here is natural intelligence - namely the art of legal thinking!
• „DenkKunst“ Law often has a reputation for being dull and boring. We disagree! Recognising a legal problem, delving into the possibilities of solving it, finding the solution, developing a strategy to make the best possible use of this solution - all of this can be very exciting. And it doesn't just require hard legal work and the greatest possible commitment; it often also requires special creativity in thinking, a different approach, a new perspective. The art of thinking.
• „Score points with us!“ This claim is based on our logo (see „Law firm>Logo“). It is intended to emphasise that our work is always at the service of our clients. None of this is an end in itself; everything must be focussed on protecting our clients' interests. This is how we score the decisive points!
